Getting started
Will this actually change anything for my brand?
Numbers without action waste your time. Wowser tracks how ChatGPT talks about your brand, then shows what's driving the wins and where you're being beaten. You decide what to fix. We show you where to look.
How is this different from just searching ChatGPT myself?
You can ask ChatGPT about your brand once. We do it daily, against the prompts your customers are actually using. Then we score the answers, track changes over time, and surface what's shifting. It's the difference between a spot check and a tracked metric.
Billing & subscription
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Change plans at any time from Billing in the app. Upgrades usually take effect straight away. Downgrades may line up with your next billing period depending on whether you pay through Shopify or Stripe. If you are over a lower tier's limits (prompts or projects), you'll need to reduce usage before a downgrade can go through.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing when you need to. If you pay with Stripe, you can also manage cards, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal from the same page. You keep access for the period you've already paid for; how the end date is calculated follows Shopify or Stripe's subscription rules.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a standalone free trial programme at the moment. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can try Wowser for a month and cancel if it isn't the right fit.
Can I pay through Shopify?
Yes. When you install Wowser from the Shopify App Store, you may subscribe via Shopify App Billing depending on your setup. You can also subscribe on the web with Stripe. More for merchants: Wowser for Shopify.
Plans & limits
What counts towards my prompt limit?
Every active prompt in your workspace, across all projects and connected brands. Deleting a prompt frees capacity straight away.
What happens if I hit my prompt limit?
We surface usage warnings from 80% of your cap. At 100%, you can't create new prompts until you delete some or upgrade. Existing prompts keep running on their schedule.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter establishes a clear ChatGPT baseline, the assistant many shoppers use first. Growth unlocks more projects and prompts so you can compare competitors and citations at scale. Still ChatGPT today; more assistants later.
What if I need more than Scale offers?
Get in touch. We work with agencies and larger brands on custom plans, with more projects, higher prompt limits, and reporting that fits how you work.
