Wowser is built for production Shopify workloads. This page summarises our posture at a high level. It is not an exhaustive certification statement.
Infrastructure
The product runs on modern managed infrastructure (hosted application and database tiers). Traffic between your browser and Wowser uses HTTPS (TLS). Credentials and secrets are not embedded in client-side code.
Accounts and access
Workspace membership and roles control who can view prompts, billing, and settings. Use strong passwords and limit admin access to people who need it, especially for workspaces linked to live storefronts.
Data handling
We process the data required to run prompts, store results, and show dashboards, including content you submit, API-derived metadata, and billing identifiers needed for subscriptions. Our Privacy Policy is the definitive reference for categories of data and retention framing.
Shopify ecosystem
Where Wowser is installed as a Shopify app, we comply with Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks and related admin expectations for customer privacy workflows.
