Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026. By accessing Wowser (“Service”) at Wowser.ai or related properties, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Wowser provides software to create prompts, run them against third-party AI assistants, and analyse outputs for brand and product visibility. The Service depends on third-party providers and may change as those providers evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific third-party model behaviour.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access others’ data, or probe our systems without authorisation.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans, limits, and renewal terms are presented at checkout (direct signup or Shopify App Billing, as applicable). Fees are charged according to the billing channel you selected. Downgrades or cancellations follow the rules shown in-product and on your invoice provider.
4. Your content
You retain rights to prompts and materials you submit. You grant Wowser the licence needed to host, process, and display them to deliver the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, to harass others, to scrape or overload infrastructure, or to transmit malware. We may suspend access for violations or risk to other customers.
6. Disclaimers
The Service and any metrics (including scores and rankings) are provided “as is” for informational purposes. AI outputs are generated by third parties; Wowser does not warrant their accuracy or suitability for any decision. You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wowser and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Wowser in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty pounds sterling).
8. Changes
We may update these terms or the Service. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above or through in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
